One pound white mushrooms, completely cleaned and cut into thin slices

Two teaspoons ground ginger

One tablespoon curry powder

5 teaspoons cooking oil
Heat the oil over medium heat in a large, lidded cooking pot. Add the chopped onions and fry until they begin to brownish. Add the sliced tomato and go on to fry for an extra 7-8 minutes. Add the salt as well as spices, water and mushrooms and stir together well.
