A variety of "meal replacement" powders and shakes, also called RTD's, are sold as being a substitute for a true, whole food meal.
The makers claim that they're "just as great, if not more effective, than eating a real meal", supposedly, which will, speed up the weight loss process.
They claim to have increased quantities of protein, lower quantities of sugars / carbs, and include components like BCAA's, CLA,
positive reviews HMB, Creatine, Glutamine, so on and so forth.
