I have a buddy who takes his P90X workouts for the gym.

He has a listing of all the moves in the correct order, and he basically does the workout to the own music of his while working his way through the regimen. On some level I appreciate this particular independence; he wants to be from the home of his, he claims, he likes being around people today. Best of all, he says his gym has better gear than he does. While I understand his motivation, the approach of his doesn't appeal to me. I actively prefer doing P90X at home. Exactly why is that, and is there a much better version?
My reasons for preferring to undertake the workout at home are simple. For one, I hate going to the gym. An additional ten or even fifteen minute drive each away adds up over the months and days, and I hate wasting time. Next, I like being in a position to do the exercise at any place, whether just after work, thing that is first in the morning or late in the evening. I do not have to be concerned about gym schedules. Third I like having my kitchen there. I don't have to plan a shake and take it with me, or hang on for the drive home so you can get the post workout snack of mine. Forth I don't like wearing headset, and also working out at home lets me play whatever music I love as loud as I want. Lastly I find it less difficult to get in' the zone' when I am training alone; I do not have diet to lose weight fast (

although I believe the main reason that P90X benefits from being a home
workout is as it lets you focus on Tony Horton and his message as you do the exercises of yours. Reading a listing off a piece of paper simply doesn't motivate me pretty much as listening to Tony's advice and encouragement. Watching his test set work the way of theirs with the workout routines additionally provides me a feeling of pacing and accomplishment, lets me know if I'm doing well or lagging behind. Plus in the opinion of mine? That is what makes P90X an invaluable at home workout.
